First Aid & CPR - Adult & Child - Training & Certification

Learn lifesaving skills as we take a hands-on approach to prepare ourselves and the workplace for emergencies. We will cover the required material outlined by the American Heart Association to include:

• Understanding and responding to cardiac arrest
• CPR Techniques
• How and when to use an AED
• Choking relief
• Legal considerations and understanding the Good Samaritan Laws
