Milliman Online

Employees enrolled in the BBSI 401(k) Retirement Program can access their 401(k) account by logging into Milliman Online.

Need Assistance?

If you are a BBSI employee or an employee of a BBSI client who offers a 401(k) plan option through our Retirement Program, you will be sent an enrollment packet to the address we have on file after you have met your employer’s eligibility requirements for plan participation.

After receiving your enrollment packet, you may proceed with enrollment and account registration at MillimanBenefits.com, or by calling the Milliman customer service number at 800-996-6579.

Online Registration Instructions:

  1. Click “Register” and follow the prompts to begin.
  2. Registration PIN:
    • If your company provides Milliman your email address or cell phone number, the system will send a one-time passcode via email or text to continue through the registration process.
    • If Milliman does not have your email address or cell phone number, the system will prompt you to request a Registration PIN, which will be mailed to your address on file.
  3. Once you have received the Registration PIN, go back to MillimanBenefits.com to enter it and continue the registration process.
  4. Using the criteria provided on the website, create a username and password, and provide additional contact information.
  5. Use your new username and password to log in to your account.

PaperlessEmployee

Access W-2s and other tax forms for current and prior tax years via the PaperlessEmployee Self-Service Portal year-round.

If this is your first time accessing PaperlessEmployee, you must create an account before attempting to log in. Visit the PaperlessEmployee website and follow the prompts to create an account.

If you receive the error message, “Unable to verify your identity. There is an issue identifying you from the information you provided,” there is a discrepancy in the social security number, date of birth, phone number, and/or email address on file for you. Please contact your employer to correct this information.

Once your employer has updated your information, please wait two weeks before attempting to register again.

After completing the account registration process, you will be able to login using the user ID and password you created to access your tax forms.

The Work Number

Companies or individuals looking to verify employment for a BBSI employee or an employee of a BBSI client should visit the The Work Number to access employment data.

Need Assistance?

If you are an employee who has been asked to provide a Salary Key to your employment verifier, click here to visit The Work Number. Choose Login, enter the employer code 22298, and follow the prompts to generate your Salary Key. Once generated, the Salary Key can be emailed or printed for your verifier with instructions on how to use it through The Work Number.

If you are looking to verify employment for an individual and are unable to locate the information needed via The Work Number website, please contact Equifax at 800-367-5690 or by emailing member@equifax.com.
