As of 2026, BBSI’s 401(k) Plan has transitioned to a new platform enhancing service quality, tools, and support for participants.

If this is your first time accessing your 401(k) plan online, please follow these steps:

  1. Click the Login button below
  2. Choose "Need to create a username and password"
  3. Submit the identity verification and enter the on-screen security code
  4. Provide your email address and phone number, and set up security questions
  5. Enter your provided username, password, and authentication code

If you or your employer uses TIMECO for timekeeping and time clock management, login here to access your account.

TimeNet users, please select TimeNet from the menu to login to your account.

If you do not know your employer’s Client ID and/or your Login ID, please ask your manager or supervisor to provide it to you. Both are required to login to the TimeNet application.

Access W-2s and other tax forms for current and prior tax years via the Paperless Employee Self-Service Portal year-round.

If this is your first time accessing Paperless Employee, you must create an account before attempting to log in. Click the login button below and follow the prompts to create an account.

After completing the account registration process, you will be able to login using the user ID and password you created to access your tax forms.

If you receive the error message, “Unable to verify your identity...," please follow the steps below:

1. Contact your employer to confirm and correct your SSN, DOB, phone number, and/or email address

2. Wait two weeks post-correction before another login attempt

Companies or individuals looking to verify employment for a BBSI employee or an employee of a BBSI client can use The Work Number to access employment data.

If you are an employee who has been asked to provide a Salary Key to your employment verifier, enter the employer code 22298 during login, and follow the prompts to generate your Salary Key. Once generated, the Salary Key can be emailed or printed for your verifier with instructions on how to use it through The Work Number.

If you are looking to verify employment for an individual and are unable to locate the information needed via The Work Number website, please contact Equifax at 800-367-5690 or by emailing member@equifax.com.
