Business Strategy Support for Sustainable Growth

Unknown: Hi. My name is Louis Mela, I'm a business partner at our Ontario branch. My main job and goal is to create a deep understanding and learn about our clients business, determine their needs are greater relationship and trust with their team and ownership group. Our level of expertise talks about our main core services in our business unit, which is HR, risk and safety, business strategy, payroll, and claims. After clients decide to partner with bbsi, we develop kind of a tangible roadmap with them. So we meet with them and do an in depth strategic meeting with them within the first 30 to 60 days. Based on the pinpoints we've established with the client, we developed a plan with them, which is encapsulated in our blueprint. The blueprint is kind of like a living document that changes over time, it talks about the client's history, where they came from, what their goals are short and long term, what their current pain points are, what the gaps and opportunities are, and also with discuss what the action plan is to get to their goal. Some of the clients have compliance issues that they need help with. Some of them may have processes and programs in place that needs some updating. Some of them needs an in depth strategic meeting to figure out how to get over the hump, or they're hitting an inflection point, how do we help them through that? We had a client who was a startup business over about a year and a half ago, and we talked about how he wanted to accelerate the growth of this business. But he didn't have the right structure and the foundation in place. And we've talked to him about that. Fast forward a year and a half later, he's actually bought another shop another location. And he spoke to us about how our advice to him helped him slow down and take a look at his business from a 30,000 foot level and make sure those Foundation are solid and set. I've been here eight years. And this is the best, most fulfilling job for me in my entire life of working. It gives us the satisfaction that we're able to help others when you have that when you can see that, from your clients success moving from one point to the next. And not only that, you have the ability to impact change, not only with your clients, but the people you work with would be BSI, we have boots on the ground, right where there's a local presses, there's almost always a local branch within 50 miles of small businesses where they're deciding California and other regions. We operate in multiple states. So there's always a bbsi location nearby your area. Sometimes a business owner could be the loneliest, they feel like they're out on an island on their own because of the ever changing laws and regulations. Our job is to make sure that we're there for our client and we keep them updated with all this information. We help them through it. We're there to support you. We make sure that they're confident that we're there with them in their struggles and in their challenges.
