Enrollment in the BBSI Benefits Program is designed to be smooth and straightforward for you and your team. We take care of plan administration like invoice payments and reconciliations, COBRA, compliance, and all processes related to employee enrollment, so you don’t have to.

We’ll provide custom benefit guides for your team, educate them on their plan options, provide enrollment instructions, distribute benefit change announcements, and offer insights into how they can most effectively utilize their benefits.

Once their selections have been made, employees will have year-round access to their benefit plan selections through the myBBSI portal from their computer or smartphone, which feeds directly to payroll.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I hire a new employee in the middle of the plan year, are they still able to enroll in the plan?

The benefits waiting period for new hires is completely up to you! Whether you choose 30 days, 60 days, or 6 months, you will be provided with a custom benefits guide to share with your new employee when the time is right. We’ll take care of sending an enrollment notification from the myBBSI Portal to your employee, providing instructions and a link to enroll. 

What if I have employees in multiple states?

We’ve got you covered! We know it can be challenging to find a health benefits plan that works for every employee, especially when you have remote teams or locations across a wide geographic area. We considered this when we built our program and prioritized our plan members’ access to a national network of providers and pharmacies.

No matter where your teams work, they’ll have a quality care option nearby.

Does BBSI have a 401k plan option?

Yes, our multiple-employer 401k plan is a full-service retirement program that offers best-in-class investment options and personalized support for your employees. Just like our health benefits program, plan implementation and administration are always included.
