Kim Christensen

With over 30 years of human resources and business strategy experience, Kim has spent the last 19 years with BBSI. In her Business Partner role, she brings strategic leadership to a multimillion-dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational and management issues with BBSI’s clients. Her partnership with business owners focuses on strategy, development, and execution of their vision. She incorporates best practices and drives the operationalization of her clients’ goals, all while making business owner advocacy a priority.
