Robert Hambleton, MBA

Rob Hambleton is a Business Partner for BBSI Southern Oregon, bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, organizational development, and training. Originally from Southern Idaho, Rob spent much of his professional career working with global organizations including Kodak, where he supported operations in Upstate New York and Tokyo, Japan, and Dell Computer in Austin, Texas. In 2002, he founded Soul Canyon Training & Development, which he built and operated for more than 18 years, primarily serving businesses in Southern Oregon. His career spans roles in manufacturing, product design, sales, marketing, and project management, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on business operations. At BBSI, Rob applies his diverse background to help small businesses grow, adapt, and thrive, supporting the backbone of the U.S. economy.
