The 7 Habits – This Owner Roundtable Workshop is focused on how to become a better leader through developing lifelong habits to improve your personal effectiveness. This workshop will provide a quick review of the first three habits (Be Proactive, Begin with the End in Mind, and Put First Things First) and then dive into the last four habits (Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand Then to be Understood, Synergize, and Sharpen the Saw). The workshop will include numerous activities to engage attendees in the process of understanding the habits.
