Roy Harper, CSP

With years of dedicated experience in occupational safety, risk mitigation, and compliance across diverse industries in Southern Oregon, I partner with organizations to proactively identify hazards, implement practical safety strategies, and cultivate resilient safety cultures. My approach blends hands-on safety program development, training delivery, and executive-level advisory to help companies reduce incident rates, manage regulatory risk, and improve overall operational performance.

Mike Sreniawski

I have advised organizations in manufacturing, construction, and multi-site operations, as well as public and private entities operating locally and globally, on safety governance, risk management, and regulatory obligations. My work focuses on system design, accountability, and defensible decision-making to help organizations reduce exposure and demonstrate compliance across complex operating environments.
