BBSI Southern Oregon will kick off the new year by bringing our valued referral partners together for a collaborative Lunch & Learn focused on connection, clarity, and shared growth. The session will begin with introductions to the BBSI team and a review of our core philosophy—our product is our people. From there, we will walk through the key pillars that differentiate how we support small and mid-sized businesses: Health Insurance, Payroll, Human Resources, Risk and Safety Management, Staffing Retention and Acquisition, and Business Strategy.
Partners will gain insight into how these integrated services help business owners operate more efficiently, mitigate risk, and scale with confidence. We will close with a brief goal-setting exercise to align priorities for the year ahead and will establish a consistent cadence for referral partner meetings, reinforcing our commitment to proactive communication, collaboration, and mutual success in the year to come.
The meeting will start at 11:00 a.m. with introductions to our team and the overview of our services. We will serve lunch around 12:15 or 12:30 depending on how things roll!
Swag will be handed out to everyone who brings a qualified lead to the meeting, so consider which small businesses you work with that have between 5 and 60 employees and could use a "jump start" on their year with our amazing team by their side - saving them time and money so they can expand on what they do the best!
