Steve brings 20+ years of financial management experience to BBSI, with a background in global investment compliance and health care business operations. Steve is a Board Member and past President of SoHumane, served as Treasurer for Rogue Valley Habitat for Humanity, and was the Chairperson of the Medford Housing Commission. Steve enjoys traveling, walking his rescue dogs, supporting Boston College athletics, and spending time with his family on the coast. Steve is well-positioned to help business owners maximize stability, profitability, and growth through BBSI partnership.
Hope Smith was born and raised here in the Rogue Valley. She is a long time community member with 25+ years networking in various organizations. Before joining the BBSI family, Hope owned and operated her own mobile DJ & event planning company for 20 years creating a staple in the Southern Oregon event community. With a passion for efficiency and organizational excellence, Hope brings a positive level of commitment in helping business owners find success.
