Monica's experience in community fundraising, sales, and business management are a perfect fit for strengthening the services provided by BBSI. With an economic development background and well-rounded understanding of multiple industries, she has assisted several manufacturing, food processing, and government entities, as well as small and large businesses. During her 15 years of managing and leading a staff of 40+ employees, she has learned first-hand the challenges and rewards of running a business. Her skillsets are in written and interpersonal communication, fundraising, leadership, sales and marketing, logistics, and problem solving.
