Sherif is an accomplished visionary executive with over 25 years of domestic and international experience with start-up and growth organizations, spanning across various industries with a strong focus in restaurant franchising. He is a results-oriented leader, with proven success in multi-unit/multi-country/multi-brand management, operation execution and integration, people development, strategic planning, relation and team building, and restructuring. Sherif holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop’s University, and is certified in Project Management and EQ.

Tom Santamorena
Business Development Manager

Tom brings 30 years of Risk, Insurance, HR, and Compliance advisory experience to BBSI. He has worked in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, held several cost containment roles with AIG Insurance, and founded a risk management consulting firm that was recognized as an Inc. 500 company by Inc. Magazine. After selling his company, Tom became a commercial insurance producer, achieving the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) certification through The National Underwriter Company. He is also a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI) through the International Association of Special Investigative Units (IASIU).
