The BBSI Executive Exchange combines the best of both worlds. Unlike stand-alone, one-on-one executive coaching, it is anchored in peer insight and shared experience through structured, confidential group sessions focused on real business challenges—not sales or promotion. Unlike traditional networking groups, participation is driven by practical execution, accountability, and decision-making. 

In addition, members receive monthly one-on-one executive coaching, providing personalized support, deeper accountability, and focused guidance between group sessions to help translate insight into action. 

No. The BBSI Executive Exchange is strictly an advisory and peer discussion experience. It does not have governing authority, fiduciary responsibility, or decision-making power over participating businesses. 

Sessions are facilitated by a certified BBSI business coach with experience supporting business owners and leadership teams. The facilitator’s role is to guide discussion, encourage accountability, and help participants think critically about their challenges, instead of directing or mandating decisions. 

The program is designed for:
