Workforce Solutions for Physician Practices

My name is Guillermo Arellano, and I'm a general dentist who owns a practice in Sacramento, California. It's called Dental Excellence of Greenhaven. I've owned the practice since 2021, and I've been a dentist in Sacramento for about thirteen years. I can do all aspects of dentistry, from checkups for young kids to full mouth reconstructions for elderly to anything in between, whether it's oral surgery, root canals, prosthodontics, implants, anything under the umbrella of dentistry, I do, and I can do under IV sedation. And by the time I get back to my office, I already have answers to my problem. Just having a plan, I felt makes running a business so much easier than just showing up each day and hoping you're going in the right direction.
