Audrey Sevalt is a BBSI HR Consultant with over 39 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), with a strong passion for successful HR partnership with business leaders. Audrey created and implemented strong employee relations processes that minimized legal issues through conflict resolution. Audrey also built the HR function from the ground up from a small organization that grew to over 2,000 employees and $2 billion in annual revenue in 8 years. She designed and delivered training on a variety of subjects centered around HR, management, leadership, and organization development. In addition to her SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials, she has a Bachelors Degree in management from Metropolitan State University in Denver, with a Master's Degree and certificate on Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver. She has been a part-time professor at the University of Denver for 23 years in the Strategic Human Resources program. She also serves as a volunteer school board member for Vega Collegiate Academy, a charter school in Aurora, CO.
