Audrey Sevalt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Audrey Sevalt is an HR Consultant at BBSI Denver with more than 39 years of human resources experience, specializing in strategic HR partnerships with business leaders. She has a strong track record of building effective employee relations processes, minimizing legal risk through conflict resolution, and supporting organizational growth. Audrey has built HR functions from the ground up, helping scale an organization to over 2,000 employees and $2 billion in annual revenue in eight years. She has designed and delivered training across HR, leadership, management, and organizational development. Audrey holds SPHR and SHRM‑SCP certifications, a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a Master’s degree with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver. She has also served as a part‑time professor at the University of Denver for 23 years and is an active school board volunteer.
