Chris Romm

Chris began her journey at BBSI in 2012 as Area Manager of the Moses Lake, WA Branch and then, a few years later, the Pasco, WA Branch. In 2018, She made the big move to California as Area Manager for the Sacramento Branch. While at BBSI, Chris has had the opportunity to serve as a member of BBSI’s Organizational Development Task Force and a mentor for several of BBSI’s internal employee groups. This experience, combined with her field experience as an Area Manager, prepared her for her current role as Director of Learning and Development. Prior to BBSI, she served as the Director of Risk Management for an alternative market program owned by Brown & Brown. Chris received both her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master’s Degree in Education from Central Washington University and spent 18 years as a public school educator. When she isn't involved in all things BBSI, Chris loves being with her husband, Rich, and getting to spend time with their 8 kids and 16 grandkids. Never a dull moment!
