Chris Romm, M.Ed.

Chris Romm is the Director of Learning and Development at BBSI, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization. She joined BBSI in 2012, serving as Area Manager for multiple branches including Moses Lake, Pasco, and Sacramento, before transitioning into her current role. Chris’s extensive field leadership experience, combined with her work on BBSI’s Organizational Development Task Force and as a mentor for internal employee groups, prepared her to lead companywide learning and development initiatives. Prior to BBSI, she served as Director of Risk Management for an alternative market program owned by Brown & Brown. Chris holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from Central Washington University and spent 18 years as a public school educator. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Rich, their eight children and sixteen grandchildren, ensuring there’s never a dull moment.
