Darryl Wagner, MBA

Darryl Wagner is the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at BBSI, where he leads initiatives focused on strengthening leadership, culture, and organizational impact. Since joining BBSI in 2013, Darryl has held multiple leadership roles, including Business Development Manager, Business Partner, and Area Manager, with experience across both the PEO and Staffing sides of the business. Darryl brings a diverse business background spanning insurance software, commercial real estate, and construction, including experience as a company owner and CFO. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Utah Valley University and an MBA from the University of Utah. Passionate about making a positive difference for clients, team members, and communities, Darryl values growth, learning, and leadership—both professionally and as a husband and father of twin daughters.
