Darryl Wagner

Darryl Wagner is BBSI's Senior VP of Organizational Development. He joined BBSI in 2013 as a Business Development Manager in the Salt Lake City branch. He has filled the roles of Business Development Manager, Business Partner and Area Manager (first in Salt Lake City, UT then in Temecula, CA) and has experience managing both the PEO and Staffing sides of the business. Darryl is determined to continue moving BBSI down the path of having an ever-greater positive impact on the lives of our clients, our team members and our communities. Darryl has a diverse business background in various industries, including as a Project Manager in insurance software, Director of Marketing and Business Development in commercial real estate, and Owner and CFO of a construction company. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and an MBA from the University of Utah. Darryl loves to travel and speaks three languages. He and his family live in Temecula (when not at Disneyland); but more than anything else, Darryl finds great value and happiness in his personal journey of being a husband and a father to twin daughters.
