Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is Vice President of Staffing & Recruiting at BBSI, bringing deep expertise in staffing operations, talent strategy, and leadership development. He joined BBSI in 2005 as Area Manager of the Bakersfield, California office, later advancing into his current executive role. Prior to BBSI, Jeff spent many years in the staffing and retail industries, holding leadership roles at large public companies including Kelly Services, Inc. and Dillard’s Department Stores. His broad background provides a strong foundation for supporting scalable, high‑quality staffing and recruiting solutions across the organization. Jeff grew up in Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University.
