Kim Schenk

Kim Schenk is the Retirement Plans Manager at BBSI, bringing extensive expertise from years of managing and administering employer‑sponsored retirement plans. She joined BBSI in 2006 and oversees the retirement plans available to BBSI employees and the employees of BBSI clients through the PEO relationship. Today, the BBSI retirement plan serves more than 800 clients, covering approximately 29,000 employees and managing over $190 million in assets. Prior to BBSI, Kim spent more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, managing billion‑dollar, multiple‑employer retirement plans. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided plans through IRS and Department of Labor audits and stays current on evolving federal, state, IRS, and DOL regulations affecting employer‑sponsored retirement plans. Kim partners with BBSI clients to provide guidance, compliance insight, and practical information to help employers navigate complex retirement plan requirements with confidence.
