Kim Schenk

Kim’s vast knowledge and expertise comes from years of managing and administering multiple different types of employer-sponsored retirement plans. Kim joined BBSI in 2006, managing the plans available to BBSI employees and the employees of BBSI clients through the PEO relationship. The BBSI plan has approximately 800+ clients with 29,000 employees and $190 million in assets. Prior to BBSI, Kim worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years managing billion-dollar multiple-employer retirement plans. During her tenure, Kim has successfully navigated through IRS and DOL audits. The IRS, DOL, Federal, and State governments continuously pass new legislation and regulations impacting requirements related to employer-sponsored plans. With constant changes coming from these agencies, it makes it difficult for individual employers to stay in compliance. Kim can consult with BBSI’s clients and provide them with information and guidance on different retirement plan requirements.
