For over 30 years, Terri has worked with business owners and key stakeholders in the areas of human resources, market research, operations, and business strategy. As a Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner, Terri worked in a BBSI branch for 14 years supporting business owners in aligning human capital initiatives with their vision. Terri now serves as the Director of Human Resources, supporting our internal human capital initiatives and providing support to BBSI HR professionals across the country by providing content, resources and best practices related to our product offering in all 50 states. Terri has a BA in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.
