Terri Carter

Terri Carter is the Director of Human Resources at BBSI, bringing over 30 years of experience partnering with business owners and senior leaders across human resources, operations, market research, and business strategy. She spent 14 years in a BBSI branch as an HR Consultant and Business Partner, where she supported small and mid‑sized businesses in aligning human capital strategies with organizational vision and growth goals. In her current role, Terri leads BBSI’s internal human capital initiatives and supports BBSI HR professionals nationwide by providing compliant, practical content, resources, and best practices across all 50 states. She holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
