Joe Guerra

Joe Guerra is a Risk Consultant for BBSI Long Beach, with more than 10 years of experience in risk management and workers’ compensation claims administration. He has been with BBSI since 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Joe specializes in helping business owners identify and address potential risks before incidents occur, allowing organizations to mitigate exposure quickly and effectively. In his role, Joe provides on‑site occupational safety and risk control consulting for clients across industries including manufacturing, construction, transportation, and restaurants. He works directly with employers to develop and implement OSHA‑compliant safety programs, conduct safety audits and risk assessments, and recommend improvements to workplace conditions and processes. Joe also delivers training for employees, supervisors, and leadership on topics such as accident investigations, injury cost awareness, and regulatory compliance. His goal is to partner with business owners to ensure their employees go home safely each day in the same condition they arrived at work.
