John Brice

John Brice is BBSI’s Franchise Development Manager, focused on bringing BBSI’s comprehensive suite of HR, payroll, risk and safety, business strategy, and benefits solutions to franchisors and franchisees nationwide. John began his career in franchising as a McDonald’s franchisee in 1993, where he grew his business to eight locations in New York, gaining firsthand experience in franchise ownership and operations. His background also includes serving as Vice President of Client Relations and Director of Restaurants at Accurate Franchising, a franchisee of PROSHRED Security, as well as Area Developer for Firehouse Subs in New England. With deep industry knowledge and practical franchise experience, John partners with franchise organizations to help them protect their brand, scale effectively, and support franchisees by leveraging a team of professionals who understand the unique demands of franchised businesses.
