Jon Biegel

Jon Biegel is BBSI’s Director of Client Benefits, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the benefits and insurance industry. Before joining BBSI in 2024, he held leadership roles at TriNet, overseeing benefits strategy, sales, renewals, and carrier relationships. Jon is passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses build benefits strategies that support their people and long-term success. A Boston University graduate, Jon lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, three children, and rescue dog. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at his children’s sporting events and working on his golf game.
