Robby Sheehan

Robby Sheehan is the Area Manager of BBSI Dover, where he leads strategic growth and operations for the branch. He was promoted to Area Manager after serving as Business Development Manager for BBSI Salisbury for 18 months. Under his leadership, the Dover branch has nearly tripled in size and is on track to exceed $200 million in annual revenue. Prior to BBSI, Robby held leadership roles in higher education, overseeing economic and community development initiatives. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently completing his MBA at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School (UK). Robby brings a strong blend of leadership, growth strategy, and community-focused economic development experience to his role at BBSI.
