Karen Halliday
Karen Halliday is a Business Partner at BBSI Utah Valley, where she has served as a strategic HR Consultant and business owner advocate since January 2018. She brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, having worked at both the manager and director levels across a variety of organizations. Karen has supported large, well‑known employers including 7‑Eleven, Blockbuster, The Home Depot, and Taco Bell, giving her broad insight into complex workforce and operational environments. Karen is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces where individuals are valued, respected, and empowered to be their authentic selves. She partners closely with business owners to provide practical HR guidance that supports culture, compliance, and long‑term success. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, is a member of SHRM, and holds both SHRM‑CP and PHR certifications. Outside of work, she enjoys embracing life as an empty nester and spending time outdoors through skiing, camping, backpacking, hiking, water activities, and travel.
