My name is Brandon Teeples. I'm with Teeples Plumbing and Drilling. I'm the Chief Operations Officer over there and we're out of Ceres, California. In the plumbing industry, we're solving a lot of drain issues, whether it be sewer, storm, operational. We do residential, commercial, and industrial, hot/cold water supply, lift stations, pretty much any drain we, we take care of. One of the biggest issues we faced before dealing with BBSI was, continuing to watch over the laws, whether it be with payroll, HR. It's continually evolving, continually changing each year. So, that was where... that's where their expertise is. Before dealing with BBSI, we tried to hire within for HR, payroll, and things. And we still have people in those positions, but to get that expertise in that field, that's where BBSI came in. It was able to help us to stay on top of any situations that arise, whether it be with a new law, or staying in compliance with payroll. We do a lot of certified payroll as well, and they continue to work with us in that. It's another field that continues to change monthly almost, as far as continuing to make sure we're staying on top of the correct pay rates. First hearing of BBSI, was actually through our insurance broker. He had suggested BBSI. They've been real quick to answer questions in situations that have arised and helped us to navigate through that. Whether it be business strategies, HR, payroll, we continue to use them more and more often, also with onboarding, hiring people as well, and then seeing that the... the relief of that stress they took, from myself and others within the company, that was the ultimate decision maker to know they were a good fit for us. And one specific area I could say that, they've worked great with us on is risk management. We have a lot of people... we are not a traditional company where people come to a certain building and stay there. We have guys working out in the field all day and working at different places, whether it be a big commercial factory, residential. Each of those has their own risk, and working with the risk manager here, helping us to get through those issues, whether it be an issue with the customer or an issue with an injury or getting into safety compliance; to be able to work in that place, that's probably one of the number one things we use here. One of the best things, is they are a great sounding board, whether we're getting ready to change something, hire someone, or have a certain instance come up. If an injury or a misfortunate accident happens on a job, there's someone I always go to first off to help me to navigate through that situation and make sure we're taking the right channels that keep ourselves in compliance, but also protecting the employee as well at the same time.
